AUTOMON® for iMessage v100

 

AUTOMON® for iMessage is an automated messaging system that monitors message queues, applications and jobs and subsequently notifies support personnel when problems and/or specific events occur.

 

iMessage allows you to run unattended operations on your System i server; alerting support staff of issues as and when they occur via their mobile phone, pager, PDA or PC.

Automated paging facility- iMessage  can send messages to all types of pagers and can exploit the SMS facility to send and receive messages from cell phones.


Automatic message queue monitoring - iMessage  monitors for any software error and alerts staff to it immediately, reducing downtime and improving the service to end users.


No more unanswered messages-Message escalation ensures that critical problems receive a fast response. Unanswered paging messages are automatically routed to alternative pagers from a user-defined fallback list, until the message is answered.
