AUTOMON® iSpool is a full print management solution, featuring extensive electronic document facilities such as report splitting, document management, spool management, distribution and archiving. This integrated solution provides a comprehensive on-line facility, ultimately improving service for end users while reducing printing costs and minimizing the need for operator intervention.
Features
Archiving - Flexible spool file archiving facilities are available for all System i spool files. Files may be archived on-line or off-line.
Distribution - Any spool file can be sent to any user or output queue on any iServer in your network, either manually or automatically.
Report splitting - Spool file reports can be divided into several new reports and passed to the distribution module for shipping across the network.
Electronic document management - Spool files can be separated into documents electronically and all documents are stored in a compressed format to reduce DASD usage.
